Sarah SquarEd education consultancy provides independent specialist support to improve and strengthen subject leadership, teaching and learning in all aspects of English and mathematics. Passionate about our subjects, we are committed to the raising of standards through strategic school improvement. .

Sarah SquarEd Ltd is comprised of Sarah Ratcliffe  (aka 'English Sarah') and Sarah Tennant (aka 'Maths Sarah') who bring experience gained from over 20 years each  spent in primary schools spanning all year groups and key stages. Ten of these years were spent as National Strategy and Local Authority school improvement consultants. Currently, we are thrilled to be independent school improvement consultants, working with partner schools and teachers  in Wirral and across the North West.

We offer a blend of training and workshops in addition to personalised in-school support.
